I can only imagine how anxious and excited you must be Pook:D I love that feeling

You won't see this car at 2010 KOH.:frown:

Pook is driving Larry Gipsons car......Larry will be the co-pilot, because Larry DNF'd (as a driver) in the Day 1 LCQ.

So the run down......Pook, driving Larry's car, using DSI's race number (Pook and DSI ran some desert races)......or something like that.

****ing racers......:wtf:

He was unable to complete the vehicle......tech inspection would have kicked the car back.

Is this for real? :eeek:

yeah thats what happened.

Rig runs and drives, putting the body panels on it and going wheeling in the next few days.

it needs the rear firewall and battery walled off from the passenger compartment.

Just got home from wheeling the Hammers in my bro's LWB sami. Good times were had.

I'll post a bunch of pics once i get over this 26 hour drive.

We had a good race. Passed a lot of cars, and larry if you want some tips on making your car better hit me up. Metal locknuts would be a big start on speeding up the pit stops.:awesomework:

Forget about KO:rb:.......that was soooooo last week.:D

Let's see your rig in action! :cheer: Cul-de-sac front burns.

Some random shitty photos from a couple weeks ago.

Honestly you don't want to know what i came home to. lets just say my "wife" decided to fall back into her old unhappy place.

I think I'll be mostly rec wheeling any chance I can and hitting just a few comps to keep sponsors happy.

Well I finally got a chance to take this thing out.

No action shots it was dark out, just a couple of pictures by the fire.

Took it out on some Forestry roads for some hot laps and hopefully broke the gears in and got the brakes worked in. This thing stops awesome. Running the Hawk performance brakes dirt track pads and combined with the cross drilled rotors it stops in hurry with great pedal feel.

A few small issues, I got what seems to be a random vacuum leak causing some weird idle issues every now and then, and the rpm's aren't dropping as fast as i think they should when I let off the gas when in neutral. I think this is all caused by some kinda of vacuum leak as its not a constant issue.

I broke a rear sway bar arm on the first big climb I did... but the car climbs awesome even with the spare on the back. I'm very happy with how it feels off camber.

The 50deg steering, thanks to the clearance Superior Shafts Stan from Branik did for me allow some unreal maneuverability and makes front digs a fun thing to do.

Very happy with it and I got to scare a few of my friends

Now I just need to find some money for the BITD SS300 to take it for a real run and let it stretch its legs out, crappy family situation is really messing up my $ flow
