I have had several PMs with the guy. I have sent him the thread size and pitch. He has said he would do it, but had not given me the $$$. They are cool, that htat thread is also cool. One of my favs.

I think John is going to kill me If I don't get these pictures up so here they are.

Here is a good profile side shot with the new fender bars on the buggy.

The front sway bar.

shop34071.jpg

There was no good way to put the front bump stops in with traditional tube or regular plate gussets that would be strong enough and look right. So we came up with this stylish little piece.

We also have the seats mounted. We decided to mount them on sliders so Nan could drive comfortably as well as John. When Caleb and I sit in the buggy we have 3 in of head room every where but it feel like we are sitting a little tall. It should be perfect for John to see over the hood like he wanted.

Damn that thing is looking Awesome. So is it getting that Crazy ass Joy Stick for the rear steer?

Here are some shots of the floor board going in. All of the aluminum is 16 ga. We were originally going to run the floor pans under the seat bars but we picked up a lot of room under the chassis by running it up to the seats. That space wont last long though. Man things get tight quick.

The sub frame fro the floor board is 1x1 square tubing.

This is my favorite part of the whole floor board. We Tucked these two edges down instead of overlapping one piece. it made for such a clean and smooth look.
