Coming along good... I will call you later in the week on some radiator hoses. I will need a couple different sizes. I will have to have a coupling that steps down a size due to my water pump and radiator inlet outlet being different sizes.

If your run it and then tear it apart to paint you will have to deal with fluids. If you just route all the lines and don't run it, then it should be less messy and easier to deal with.

I talked to WOD and Jimmy Smith about it. Both had pretty much the same idea. Don't run it yet. That's two guys that know. Thanks for the advice and I beleive I'll use it. I haven't posted the most recent pics, just hadn't wanted to deal with it. Prolly the next time it will be seen is in person. Just made me sick to look at it last night and know it has to come back into a million pieces. :'(

I would paint it as well. Mine already has a coat of paint. So I am just going to paint it the color I want to now until I finish getting all the fab work done. After I get it running I plan to change some things on mine. Some rolled tubing , opening doors, etc .

Took her to the muffler shop last night and got the exhaust finished. Rained us out again at work today, so I got all the fab and welding completely donel. She's naked boy's I mean naked. Prepping for paint will start Sat. Hopefully will have it painted and back together Next week.

It's official, painting sucks. I did it myself and I hated every second of it. It turned out ok, I'm not as proud as a powder coat would look for sure. But it will get the job done. I hope to start reassembly Next Monday. I still have to do some painting on accessories

Don't sweat it man. This thread started as a slow build that would take a year or more. Seems like you are way ahead of that pace, there is still plenty of riding to be had. I rushed through the teardown of mine last time and this year I am taking my time and doing it RIGHT. Plus as long as she is ready by spring I am fine, that is the best time for wheelin anyways.

True dat man. I have been rained out of work so much this year, Me and a couple guys have had alot of time to work on it. Parts just seemed to fall into place. I have def. been blessed to get it to this point. I think I'm gonna shoot for a Christmas or New Year's rideMatt O. said:
